Compensation

To become a Youngevity Associate, you must complete an Associate Distributor Application and submit your signed application along with your $6 registration fee to the company.

Senior Associate

An associate who has purchased/sold a minimum of $200 of Personal Bonus Volume (PBV) product from the company during a calendar month. All Senior Associates are qualified to receive bonus commission on the BV of their downline associates through 4 levels.

Managing Associate

An associate who has purchased/sold a minimum of $300 of Personal Bonus Volume (PBV) and has three (3) first level active associates during the calendar month. A Managing Associate will earn bonus commissions through their first 5 levels of associates.

Executive Associate

An active associate who has purchased a minimum of $300 of Personal Bonus Volume (PBV) and has three (3) first level Managing Associates, each with three (3) first level active associates during the calendar month. An Executive Associate earns bonus commissions through their first six (6) levels of associates.

Diamond Executive Associate

An active Executive Associate who has purchased/sold a minimum of $300 of Personal Bonus Volume (PBV) and has a minimum of $5400 Group Bonus Volume (GBV) in the first three levels of their personal organization. A Diamond Executive Leader is qualified to receive a 2 percent Infinity Bonus on their total downline organization beginning with their 7th level until reaching the next qualified Diamond Executive Leader through six (6) generations.

Personal Purchase Rebate

Associates will receive a rebate on their personal monthly purchases according to the following schedule:

Monthly Volume (PBV) Rebate percent

100.00 - 500.00 3 percent
500.00 - 1,000.00 5 percent
1,000.00 - 5,000.00 7 percent
5,000.00 - and over 10 percent
